Hi, I'm Claudia and I run my private practice from a dedicated treatment room in my family home.  I am a qualified Sports Therapist having graduated from Southampton Solent Univertisty. I specialise in sports massage (including deep tissue) and soft tissue massages.

I'm super interested in how our bodies work and would love to  treat a wide range of clients of all ages from desk workers, manual labourers, athletes and keen gym goers.
